Lifestar Rural EMS Solutions is an ASHI (American Safety and Health Institute) Training Center teaching CPR/AED, ACLS, Emergency Medical Responder, MEDIC First Aid, as well as other Safety and Health courses.
Whether the need be for Basic Life Support training for Emergency Medical Responder (EMR) or Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) courses. Lifestar also offers more advanced training of Advanced EMT, to provide higher levels of skills, as well as advanced Optional Module training, to existing rural volunteer agencies enabling them to bring a higher level of prehospital care.

ADMIN COSTS
No administration staff at Lifestar Rural EMS Solutions receives any income. We are true volunteers. But, we still have administration expenses such as fuel, insurance, equipment, medical supplies, training props, textbooks, etc.
Our biggest expense, like most small business budgets that utilizes vehicles. is fuel and payroll that we compensate to our licensed standby personnel.

2 OR 3 VEHICLE BAY BUILDING FOR A BOISE STATION
Looking for an older service station or similar building where we can store our our vehicles, equipment and staff an office for occasional use. Lifestar would pay all utilities and keep the building maintained within reason. As with all donations we can provide tax incentive receipting.
About our director
Bud Paine began in the Fire Service and EMS in the mid-1970s in Arizona. He is currently an Idaho and Nationally Registered Paramedic. He is also an Idaho EMS Instructor through Paramedic 2011. 75% of his career has been dedicated to rural and remote agencies. He has also worked as a Paramedic in large urban centers in Los Angeles and Portland, Oregon in the 1980s. Prior to moving to Idaho in 2015, he was the Fire Chief of a rural Arizona ALS Fire District,
SPECIAL OPERATIONS BACKGROUND
Bud is a HazMat /WMD/CBRNE/BioHazard Specialist, a Verified AHLS (Advanced HazMat Life Support) ToxMedic, a HazMat/WMD/CBRNE Large-Scale Drill Evaluator, a FEMA Instructor in ICS through the 400 level, and multiple HazMat/WMD/CBRNE and BioHazard program Instructor. He is also an Instructor for Technical Rope Rescue through the Technician level.
